Re: Massive Pixelation

Extended the fix time but not sure how long, why not drop my price until it's fixed and give me some compensation because its only been faulty for 4months

Re: Massive Pixelation

Hi Hooch473,

Apologies, this has been delayed and the new estimated fix time is today at 16:!5. Our team will be working hard to get this fixed for you,

In regards to compensation, we would cover for a total loss of service as per Ofcom's guidelines here. As your service is intermittent then this wouldn't fall in to this category.

Thanks

Melissa

Re: Massive Pixelation

So it's ok to give a bad service for over 4 months and charge full price, what a joke.

Intermittent? Every night it does it and through day on a weekend not sure about through the day during week as we work but when we are off it does it every day and night.

Re: Massive Pixelation

@Melissa_F, typical of Virgin Media trying to fob people off on technicalities.

Re: Massive Pixelation

Just wait, they'll soon be saying it's YOUR fault, as they did with me.
A nationwide problem, but it's down to an individual.
Believe that and you believe in fairies!

Re: Massive Pixelation

Both our boxes are still suffering this issue and during lockdown all we want to do is watch tv but can’t because the picture is dreadful, and it’s been this way for months and it seems virgin don’t care, and we can’t get compensation because technically we haven’t suffered a loss of services for more than 24 hours.
