The status update before that said it'd be fixed by 9am Friday morning.
But not one person at Virgin seem to know anything about it.
I was even told that virgin only supply the channel and I need to speak to Sky about the problem ... the same, so called Tech Support, said the show had been cancelled, I informed him that was a lie as a second series has been commissioned.
He said he'd googled it, explained how to do that! 😖🤬.
I'm angry about the lies ... no straightforward answer... not even to acknowledge any problem.
