Manifest on demand

Hi, we have been informed that some of our customers are not able to watch Manifest on demand.

We can confirm that this is a known issue that the team are working to get resolved asap.

The reference number for this is F007302362

**RESOLVED**

This issue should now be resolved with all 16 episodes available to view. Thank you for your continued patience whilst this issue was investigated.

Can we not watch all the series 1 on demand now? It was showing all episodes but not any more

As of the morning, when I checked, only E2 was available. Come on VM, this really isn't good enough especially as Sky One is advertising it as being available to watch now.

Same problem here  ... binge watched the first 4 episodes ... then yesterday just the stupid unavailable message.

I tried everything, to no avail. Even the episodes have disappeared from My Shows.

Apparently should be sorted by 9pm tomorrow 

Maybe it's a Sky problem 🤷‍♀️ ... but it's not the first time.

I had a problem with The Rook, cut off 10 minutes from the end.

I really fed up with all these issues 🤦🏽‍♀️ especially the way I'm treated like a certain when I ring. Of course I rebooted etc etc.

Its a shame that this information is not shared with the call centre in India.  I have spend 45 minutes on the phone, being told to turn off the box, check that the wires are tight etc etc.

She could not grasp that it was a streaming service and I should check in the deleted box to see if they were there.  They saying record it when its on again

When I asked to speak with someone else as she clearly did not understand my problem, she hung up on me

Is that what cumstomer service is all about?

Not impressed Virgin.

I was on the phone for 45 minutes today speaking with someone in India who had no idea about Sky streaming, suggested I look in the delted box as they may be in there. When I asked to speak with someone else as she clearly didnt understan my problem, she hung up

Good point, but I did not have access to the pc at that time. 

I thought the support staff would have known

Ditto ... I was treated like a dumbo!!

Then I was promised it would be back by 9pm tomorrow. 

All shortcuts have been deleted .

The 'Mod's' message has been updated to say they've removed the shortcuts.

I'm soooooo fed up.

There wasn't anything to be checked yesterday!

Obviously it could be once the Virgin notification, including the reference number, was posted.

Please don't assume others are incapable.
