Using Manage my TiVo on a windows laptop, with my new V6 box, I can see My Series Links, but with both My Shows and My Planned Recordings I get the error:-
There seems to be a problem in completing your request. It is possible that your TiVo box is not online at the moment. Please make sure your box is always left switched on at the mains.
Why is it working for one function but not the others?
All the functions work as expected with my other, older, TiVo box (not V6).
This must be one of the things that takes a while to work. 1 week later all the Manage my TiVo functions are working for the new V6 box.
I have exactly the same problem. No idea how to fix this. I'd prefer not to have to wait a week.
Update: I found a workround, which is to use the TV Control app on your phone. This seems to have all the functionality you'd need to manage the TiVo box.
