Low volume on V6 streaming apps

Hey everyone

Has anyone else had the volume output drop on the various streaming apps of late?

I’m finding I’m having to crank the volume up regardless of which app I’m using - only been in the last week or so, can’t see anything on the VM forum pages.

Hi @bruzogiri,

Welcome to our Community Forums and thanks for your post. 

Have you got any sound bars connected to the TV? If so, can you remove this and test without it?

Please could you also double check that your cabling is all connected properly. Remove the cable from both the STB and the TV and then plug it back in ensuring it is seated properly.
