Low movie volume

I'm well used to having to turn the volume up when watching movies but just tried to watch Never Grow Old on demand and I can hardly hear a thing even with the volume virtually at maximum. Completely unwatchable - or at least unlistenable.

I'm forever turning the volume up and down when switching channels on the V6. Is it beyond Virgin to have a consistent sound output?

Re: Low movie volume

Try changing the sound output on the box from dolby to pcm, if you're using the TV speakers you should get a more consistent sound level
