I've lost my TV v6 Box, due decorating front room and removing all furniture,
out of the room, including my TV v6 Box.
How can i get a replacement TV v6 Box?
I hope you find your V6 box because a replacment will cost you around £100.

You could call TV Faults on 150 from your Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111, but best to call at 8am to avoid call queues.
You could also try the text messaging service.
Just send a text with a description of TV Faults lost equipment to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. It may take a few days.
Or you can leave it a day or two and see if a member of Forum Staff pick thsi up for you.

My nephew has has found the box for me, as i'm disabled and on elbow crutches,
will i have to re-active the box, if so, can anyone advise me, how to do it?

That's a relief.
The box should still work, unless it hasn't been used for around 30 days.
If the channels are greyed out when you plug it in then try rebooting. If that fails ask the nephew to double check that all the all the cables are finger tight.
Failing that then you may need to phone 0800 953 9500 to get your box re-activated.
