Hi Virgin,
I've misplaced my Tivo box(es), One was broken just showed a red light and the other hadn't been switched on in about a year since redocorating. I recently got around to removing the tv package completely and I've now been asked to return the TV boxes, but right now I can't locate where I've put them, what should I do?

Any boxes you have been asked to return will be charged for if you don’t return them.

TiVo boxes aren't required back, V6 are - you've referred to both.

Thank you both for the prompt and informative replies, thankfully my wife has managed to locate the boxes this evening so it's just power cables and remotes to locate now, I seem to have only been sent a returns package for one, the video suggests a bigger box and extra tension card would be sent if returning two, but I think I can fit two boxes in the package.
