Losing picture and having too reboot
Sorry to hear you're having an issue with losing the picture, this ins't good.
What box are you currently using?
Does it work for a while after rebooting the box?
Does this happen on every channel?

Yes it’s happened twice on v6 box
I’ve rebooted the box and it came back on ..
is there a software problem or a hardware problem or a cable problem?
Are all of the cables securely fitted in the back?

Yes all cables secure Emma.There is an attenuators fitted at the back do you think this needs to come off.
Is the box also well ventilated?
Can you go to Home, Help & Settings, Settings and Video Output please?
If a number is displayed next to 'Video Output Format' can you tell us what the number is please?
