I seem to have a faulty connection of the cable connector from the wall socket to the back of the box, as it was moved the other day and since then i have lost all channels. i reset the box and checked to enusre the conection on the cables was good.
strangely i have discovered if i position the canle in a certain way and reset i then get the channels back.
I would guess you're getting an on-screen error message or notice, when you lose pictures - what is it? (I could guess, but will let you confirm)
Chances are, that your best course of action is to call VM faults, report your issue and await the (most ikely) engineer visit to rectify this. Assuming of course, that it's not a connection you can make finger-tight yourself?
