When playing a recording, if we fast forward through the adverts, when we restart the programme we lose the voice audio but background sounds are still there. Voice audio resumes if we press back. Stopping and starting doesn’t resolve issue.

Hello can you try pressing home go to help/settings,then settings go up to audio press ok then again on Dolby digital and change to Dolby digital to pcm and hopefully that should fix your audio problem
