Trying to book a live premier league game today and I get an error message with error LE8/102/OTE15025. Tried rebooting the box but no change.
Tried calling but just got an automated system check saying there's no problem with my service.
I tried the 'wait 10 minutes' reboot again and now it says the event is booked.
So it appears to be fixed.
