Lines through screen and can't watch recordings without pixelating

So for a good number of weeks I've been suffering with lines through the screen when I open menus/show info etc...... Also along with this I am unable to watch recorded shows (on demand/catch up works fine) as the picture just buffers along and pixelates. I've attached some pics and vids so you can see what I mean.

Along with this, every now and then the box will completely crash and take about 30minutes to reboot itself as it starts up, then shuts down, starts up, shuts down and so on....

I only had the box installed early this year, so have I got a dud box that needs replacing or is it something I can fix my end?

Any advice/help will be great.

It looks like a simple signal issue - but will need a callout to fix.

Your images have appeared now.  The video seems like a signal issue.

The lines on the TiVo backgrounds I've never seen before.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. My apologies for the TV issues. Is this on one of your boxes or both? I've checked the system and both are currently turned off. Could you let me know and turn both on so we can run some tests?
