Limited channels and error messages

Hi, i have just signed up to a new contract and since this has happened. There is limited channels on my TV. And a continuous error on the screen. The fault code is 7400. I have not changed my box from the previous contract so not sure why it is doing this. The other box upstairs is working fine. Please help as It has now been 5 days

7400 means the box has been de-activated.

This can happen if it’s been powered off for some time.

If this is not the case, I would check that your new contract includes two boxes and not just one.
