Limited channels: Error V210 on catch up

Hello, 

We installed our hub and tv box on Friday and after a few Connection problems a technician visited the next day and sorted our outside cables.

We do now have internet, intermittently, but we have still not got all the channels we have signed up for. (It was the Maxit TV bundle) 

It also comes up with the error code V210 when trying to access catch up. 

We have tried all restart/reboot and checked cables. 
Could you please advise if there is anything else?

Tivo or V6?
If a V6 how is it connected to the Hub? If wifi - switch it off and unplug it and then connect with an ethernet cable, start it up and see if that kicks it into life

V6 box connected via the supplied Ethernet cable.

I also have the WiFi lit up green with the bottom base light flashing green on my hub!
This happens intermittently throughout the day.
Will this be the cause of my tv issues?
