I would appreciate some help as my LG TV comes up with no signal,when trying to watch virgin tv. I can watch other devices through my LG TV and until virgin media was installed last week my tv worked perfectly. I'm inclined to cancel my account if it does not work. Help please
Firstly, do you have a V6 or a V360? Check here if you're not sure, if you were a new TV customer recently it'll be a 360. It only matters if we need to guide you through the box's menus, they will be wildly different.
That said... is this error message being generated by your TV? If so, you just need to select the correct HDMI input on your TV menus, that the VM box is connected to.
Any Virgin "no signal" error message should have an error code or number associated with it.
