My V6 box keeps disconnecting from the internet and I'm losing my on demand services. Rebooting the box fixes the problem for a while but then it just goes off again for no reason. As you can imagine it's a bit annoying if I'm having to reboot every half hour or so and it takes 5 mins or so to reboot! Anyone have any idea what the cause might be? Will be very grateful !

1: How is your V6 connected to your homehub, for this is what provides the internet connection. Wired or wireless?
2: Can you explain what you mean by "losing OnDemand services" - what happens when you try to use it? I'm fishing for error codes here.

Thank you for replying.Sorry it's taken me so long to reply. I am getting the error code c133 ie no network availability, and it's a wired connection between my V6 box and hub.

Ethernet cable eliminates a wireless dropout issue.
Next time this happens, follow Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Network, and check for a connection reported in the top-right. Check for a successful connection in the previous 6 hours on the left, and if problems persist, "connect to VM services now" at the bottom.
C133 usually means loss of connectivity to the TiVo platform, not necessarily (although sometimes) an internet issue.

Actually I've just realised I was connected wirelessly after all . I've now connected it via an ethernet cable.Do you think that should resolve the problem?

Hi @iain550479
Yes, that should work.
Go into Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Network and set up the ethernet connection from there

It certainly won't harm - a wired connection will always trump a wireless one for reliability.
No need to even use the Network Connections screen that @newapollo has mentioned - an Ethernet connection will naturally override WiFi on a V6 by design. The 360 SW is slightly different here.
The same advice re checking network connections if you get the C133 error, applies though. If it happens now, it will tend towards a TiVo-software/account-specific error.
