The reason I'm asking is you've posted in the TIVO forum, but the TIVO doesn't need a VM hub to connect to the internet to update it's EPG and play On Demand as it has it's own inbuilt modem. It doesn't need the internet to watch the channels.
If you have a V6 or TV360 box then they need to be connected to Virgin broadband, they won't work with any other ISP.
If you have either the V6 or 360 boxes then you need to input the SSID and password from your new Virgin router.
