TV pixelating already

I'm very sorry that you're having some issues with the TV pixelating since having it installed.
I'd also like to apologise for the delay in getting back in touch, we have been busier than usual.
I've tried to have a look at the back end of things from here but I've been unable to locate your account.
Can you advise if you're still having an issue?
If so then please pop me a personal message with your details and I'll do some further checks.
Is this on live TV, recordings or OnDemand services?
Poor picture in each of these 3 situations would suggest a different fault. And if it's live TV - if there are any specific channels affected, it can help ID the issue.
@Emma_Cis VM staff and should be able to do some checks remotely, too.
