Just gone from a TiVo box to a TiVo 6 box.

I just went from a TiVo box to a TiVo 6 box but when trying to watch channel 4 or 5 on catch up it says I need to subscribe and upgrade? Help. Rang Virgin but got nowhere.

Just to clarify, BBC, ITV, UK-TV & Sky CatchUp works fine?

No, it’s the same on ITV, 4 and 5. BBC is ok via the iplayer.
