I’m having issues with tv and recordings being jumpy and pixelated. All the help I’ve found says reset the box and turn it off/on again and checking all cables connected. I’ve done all of this and still no difference, any ideas please?
Thanks for using the forums to get this issue with your V6 box looked into, I am sorry for the delay in getting back to you about this and for the frustration this has been causing. I would be happy to look into this with you, I just need to ask you a few questions first -
When you're ready, can you make sure the V6 box is turned on and the white light is showing please?
If you turn it on but you don't see a white light, can you let me know please?
Does the picture jump on LIVE TV or just on internet based features like Apps & On Demand?
How is your V6 Box connected to the internet, WIFI or Ethernet? Let me know if you use boosters as well please.
