Had pixelated TV service on all channels all night and still continuing, broadband dropping in and out. No customer service to speak to, just useless online help of checking wires, turning hub and v6 boxes on and off. Same issue with all three of my V6 boxes so pretty sure it’s not an isolated issue. **bleep** me off that I haven’t been able to get hold of anyone at VirginMedia all night and the service status shows that there’s nothing wrong. Coincidence or not that there was a Virgin engineer working on the junction box near my house yesterday?
Boxing on tonight. Looks like I’m not going to be able to watch it. Not a happy customer.
