Hi the forum is not an instant link to Virgin, you will need to phone and go through Virgins protocol in order for them to send an engineer as they have to establish the problem can't be solved by the usual questions and actions they will ask you to undertake. Regards Micky
Call 0800 5610061 as a first thing, to check for any known area issues.
If nothing's listed, then as per littlemick's advice - you need to call Virgin Media faults to report this. 150 from a VM phone, or 0345 4541111 from any other phone. Follow the options for "I have a fault with my TV service"
