Itv2 love island bad picture

Our itv2 channel has bad pixellating picture. Sound is fine though

Is it just that program that's affected on ITV2?

Are any other channels affected?

ITV3HD and ITV4HD, along with 5 Action HD and E! HD are on the same mux ( group of channels) are they also affected?

Welcome to the community forums 

Sorry to hear that you're having issues with Love Island on ITV2.  Can you confirm, is it just Love Island programme or just programmes on ITV2 that has the picture issues or do you also have issues on other channels as well?

Thank you for your reply. 

It is strange that the problem is only occurring on the ITV channels as an issue with the service would usually impact a range of channels. 

Can you please check that al connections leading to and from the set top box are secure and without damage/kinks?

Also, can you please try switching the port that your HDMi cable is in on the TV to see if this helps?
