Hi there, have an issue with a white arrow on the tv going onto a box. Searching looks like it may be downloading an update but has been doing this for quite a few hours. Help....
Remove the hdmi cable from back of box then switch box off/on. Leave for 5mins and plug hdmi back in. Is it a v6 or a tivo 500?

Hi there, it’s a v6 box and got through to Virgin and they sent a new box out. Seems to have been an issue that couldn’t be fixed.

White arrow with box usually will be the v6 box needs replacing software issue with it
