Issues with TiVo box

I had virgin installed in Dec and the box in my bedroom is rubbish, I can’t turn it off for fear off the amber light and tonight I’ve had the flashing white and red, has taken me numerous attempts at resetting just got to put my virgin password in, clicked and it went to set up page but won’t go past configure keeps failing, help please

Which box are you talking about? Check here to make sure.

You mention about putting your VM password in, which suggests to me this isn't a TiVo or a V6?

If you follow Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Network, the top-right of the screen reports your connection status and WiFi strength if appropriate.

That's a bit low, IMO.

I suspect your V6 is losing its WiFi connection to your homehub.
