Issue with TV cutting out every few days

Hi

When watching app like Netflix via TiVo box it stops working for 5 minutes every few days. When doing a test during the down time it says network cable unplugged. 5 minutes later it is working fine again (without doing anything). Any help appreciated

I'm sorry to hear about the problems you have been experiencing when watching the Netflix app on your TiVo® box. 

Please can you confirm how long you have been having this issue for and when you last rebooted your box?

Been happening for about 6 months. Not sure when last rebooted box. How do I do that. Just turn it off?

Yes, if you could please switch your box off at the wall and then switch if back on after a couple of minutes. 

Please can you then test the Netflix app of the next 48 - 72 hours?
