Issue with Netflix streaming

Has anyone experienced Netflix ‘crashing’ whilst accessing it via their V6 box ?

We are currently watching Netflix, it keeps dropping out and getting us to restart NF, this time I recorded the error code - tvq-pb-101 (5.2.15). Does anyone know what this means please ? Cheers !

Netflix, in common with all streaming & OnDemand services, use the internet. Your V6 connects to the internet via your homehub, which should ideally be an Ethernet cable connection but is often wireless.

How is yours connected? If wireless, what's the signal strength? On the V6 menu, follow Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Network, and check in the top-right.

Are other OnDemand & streaming services affected in the same way?
