Is Sky Sports Collection only SD, not HD?

I have recently upgraded to Hub 5/Gig1. My new contract says my TV package is Maxit plus Sky Sports Collection.

I was told changes would take up to 24hrs to appear, but at this point I only have Sky Sports channels in SD, not HD.

Is this correct? "Sky Sports Collection" is not HD"?

Thanks

Unless specifically stated otherwise, Sky Sports has always been SD as standard.

To enable access to Sky Sports HD, you need to have the Sky-imposed £7/month HD add-on. Some packages include this as an "included" add-on, but it's still an add-on regardless.

Here's a copy of a contract with Sky Sports HD included - it's a separate itemised line.

Thanks for clarifying! It was an unlooked for byproduct of the GIG1 upgrade so not too important, but still a bit disappointed.
