Two weeks of being unable to access Netflix, on demand, catch-up, or any other internet based services. Alexa no longer speaking to me. Wi-Fi keeps dropping out too. Have tried all suggested remedies. Waited on 150 for 65 minutes the other day, have tried online chat but nobody answering my enquires, similar trying to access help through the app. Anybody have a solution or at least a way of getting in touch with Virgin??
