Internet, TiVo Box, Netflix a shambles

Unsure which forum to post this on.

My router needs rebooting 2-3 times per week.

Netflix doesn't work one out of three times and I'm forced to reboot the TiVo box.

Now half my recorded programmes have disappeared from "My Shows".

I've spent hours and hours chatting to Virgin, on the phone, on SMS.

What can I do? I am just so, so tired of paying for services that just don't work and wasting so much time getting "help".

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and a warm welcome to you, I am sorry to hear you are having issues with you TV box, 
 

 

I have had a look our end and am unable to see the box, please can you unplug the box from the wall leave 2 minutes then plug back in, can you also check all your internal cables are hand tight.

Are you using a TiVo or a V6? If you're not sure, check here - if you're using a TiVo, then some of your Netflix issues are potentially caused (or at the very least, not helped) by the age of the box's hardware.

Recorded shows - anything that's deleted should be in your "recently deleted" folder at the bottom of the "my shows" views.. unless they weren't actually recorded programmes but bookmarks to On-Demand content? If that's the case, look for "Not currently available" at the bottom of "my shows"

Yes, all cables are properly connected.

I have the V6 box (apologies not the TiVo).
