Intermittent loss of TV signal

For the last few weeks, my TV signal keeps going off during the first 10 or 15 minutes after I turn the box on. I usually re-set the box and that (usually) solves the problem. But not always. This affects picture and sound.

I have tried calling customer services, but I can't get through at all.

Any ideas?

Thanks for your post and apologies for the delayed response. Has the service improved since your post? I've also sent a reprovisioning signal to the set top box, which will also improve functionality

Yes, it has improved over the last two days. We have not had a further problem so far.
