Interference and pixelation

Was currently experiencing pixelation and interference with my tv services, followed guides on possible fixes I.e (check cables are fixed securely, reset equipment) 

after the box came back went through a “channel retune” which got stuck at 33% and now it is displaying “Unable to acquire channel info (S102)”

Service status isn’t detecting any issues also,

Help anyone?

Service status is now showing that there is now a fault with tv and broadband services and an engineer is en route to remedy the fault
