I now have the Amazon Prime app on my V6 box and was looking forward to watching tennis. Unfortunately when I try to watch replays of matches, I get the “insufficient bandwidth" error message. My Internet speed is very good (over 200 mbps). I would be grateful for any suggestions. Thanks, Mike

An update to this. I found BT customers raising the same issues on sport replays.
So I've just tried some comparisons and on the V6 box I get 'A Problem Occured' or 'Insufficient Bandwidth' messages on most sports replays - and the same programmes give 'Insufficient Bandwidth' errors on the BT set-top-box.
So it seems Amazon need to fix the apps they are providing to BT and VirginMedia.
