Installation rescheduled 4 times now!

Very disappointed just received a message to advise my installation has been rescheduled for the 4th time. When I call the installation team they don’t advise the reason why this keeps happening just confirm what I already know with the new date of installation and offer compensation, so far I have a total of £350 credit on my account but it’s still very frustrating I would much prefer a good service and my services installed on time. I was with Sky for 10 years and never had any of these issues. Seriously considering cancelling, horrific experience so far.
