In my shows says 4 programs but when go in theres only 3. Even when I've no recordings in the folder. It still says in my shows 1 recording but there isn't.

Anyone know how to fix this?

The usual reason for this is a ghost recording that is in both your "My Shows" list and the recycle bin. A reboot via the Help & Settings menu should clear it.

Any of them show as being on catch-up?

VoD shortcuts should still show in "My Shows" alongside recordings, that's by design. The "R" recording logo should be missing for them, though.
