The move "In The Loop" on Sky Cinema OD is playing on my V6 box with no sound.
I have tried on a number of occasions but the issue persists. Any ideas on how I can get this resolved?
Any faults can be reported via the normal C/S route - 150 from your VM phone, or 0345 4541111.
In this case, I've checked the film myself and I get the same issue as you. So I've passed this onto VM Forum staff to hopefully get it rectified.
It can take a week or so to get these sorted.
