ITVx andMy5 impossible to watch and itv say its virgins fault

On our wavelength

For several weeks we have been unable to watch a prog on ITVX or MY5. The prog stutters and stalls or freezes. 


I had an email conversation with ITVX staff and after giving all the TiVo and IP addresses info they said it Virgins fault. Tried to complain but no response as usual. What am i paying for?

Both the services you describe use the internet, so a good part of fault-finding is to check whether other internet-based functions are the same. Also when you refer to "my5", do you mean the C5-branded app? Or do you mean C5 OnDemand programmes that just have the C5 branding on?

Can you view other OnDemand programmes OK? Can you use the BBC iPlayer app OK? All of these are good tests of the V6's internet connection.
