No ITVx app is showing on my v6 box. Despite your own info telling me how and where to find it. Also very contradictory info available as to this option being available on both this forum and supposedly official virgin info.

Are you in Scotland by any chance? If so, the content in ITV-X should be available via the STV-Player instead.
If you're not in Scotland, can you post a picture https://rxtvinfo.com/2022/itv-stv-strike-streaming-deal/ of your "all apps" screen from your V6 please? The ITV-X app should be on the second row.
