ITV X app not working on V6

The ITV X app is not working.

It shows up but then it totally freezes me out.

Is there a fix for this?

Do other streaming apps or OnDemand services work? If not, that could indicate an internet connection issue.

If they do, the problem looks limited to the individual app. Restarting the V6 via Help & Settings is a good start with this.

Same here.

All other streaming and on demand works fine but ITV-X loads very slowly and then freezes, I had no problems with the old ITV Hub.

Restarting the V6 makes no difference and signal strength etc. is excellent.

All issues have cleared up now.

Rebooted box but no change.

Rebooted hub hut no change.

Just had to wait and prey.
