I'veRe: Stuck on start up

I've been getting this since Sunday. There was an issue in the area, but now fixed according to the status and updates, but I am still getting this error.

You're best using the phone lines.

150 from a Virgin phone, 0345 4541111 from any other phone.

Weekdays are 8am until either 8 or 9pm, I'm not sure. Weekends have earlier closing.

So I went on the webchat and got to someone after about an hour who transferred me to a technical team queue for another hour but was on the phone after an hour on webchat and got through after a couple of half hour calls (1st one just cut off). 

They did some tests and sent a signal to fix and told me to wait three hours (I'm half an hour in and still the same so will have to ring again tomorrow if it doesn't fix as it will be half ten by that time. (calls close at 8pm and webchat at 10pm I believe).

The joys!

Didn't fix it so had to call again, eventually got through on second go after being cut off from the first time after an hour wait. I'm now on hold after not understanding what the advisor was saying.

woo hoo, rang again this morning and after 1 hour in the queue, they are sending me a new V6 box!!!!
