I need help

I have spent 5 hours trying to get through to virgin customer support and just keep getting left on hold. The problem i have is my V6 box will not start up it gives the welcome screen then switches off and it goes in a loop like this constantly. I have run the test service and it says there's nothing wrong but obviously there is a problem with the box.

Welcome to our community and thanks for posting. Sorry to hear you're having issues with your V6 box we know how annoying this can be when your services do not work properly.

 

We know you have already tried the diagnostics, however have you checked are all the cables are tight and secure at the back of the box?

 

When you reboot the box does it come up with the starting up process? If so how long does it take before you get the welcome message back?

 

Can you try the above and if you are still having issues we will get this looked at further for you.
