I have a green screen telling me DVR has detected a serious problem. I've tried everything to sort this issues and nothing works and I can get through to talk to anyone at virgin media. I'm really annoyed as it's Christmas and I have children who want to watch the children's channels and they can't!! I've been a customer for 2 years now. I'm really angry about this as the lady on the phone was no help when I explained the issue on Friday. Now I can't get through to anyone. I need a new tv box!! ASAP!!!
