How to watch STV (103).

I’m in England but want to watch STV (103). How can I do that?

You can't - STV is the Scottish ITV franchise which doesn't broadcast in England. Your English region is on Ch103

The only way to get the broadcast channel is with a Sky or Freesat box.

Even then, you have to be in a Scottish postcode area before it will appear automatically in the guide. Outside of Scotland you have to tune these boxes manually outside of the EPG.

Virgin only carries STV in their Scottish cable franchise areas.

The STV app is available on all V6 boxes & carries some On Demand content.
