How to get Box upgraded to latest version

I got new Tivo box in second address. much better than my first . UI upgrades mainly. Who do I talk to about getting TV box upgraded for older account?

Let's check which boxes you're talking about first - photos here 

Tivo & V6 both run TiVo software, but the V6 hardware is much newer and far more capable.

V6 & TV360 use the same hardware but on very different software. Both have pros & cons.

V6 & TV360 also require VM broadband, unlike TiVo.
