I've had an old TIVO box since i started with Virgin years ago. It is now very slow, noisy and apps keep falling over. Can you get a box upgraded for free after a certain period of use?
A noisy TiVo "could" be an indication of a failing hard drive, and I don't believe VM are currently replacing TiVo with TiVo.
I'd call into C/S, talk nicely and see where it goes 😉
