The best way to try for a upgrade to a V6 would be to look at upgrading your package.
You may be able to do this via MyVirginMedia at the top of the page.
You could try the text messaging service.
Just send a text with a description of regrade to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. It may take a few days.
However in both cases there is no guarantee that you would receive a V6.
You could try calling again, that way you can chat to a person, 150 from your Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111, Option 1, then Option 4 Changes to your package, but best to call at 8am to avoid call queues. They are open 7 days a week
