Hi

Hi on my virgin media it keeps saying port configuration test failed and I can't get on to Netflix or bbc I player

V6 OnDemand issues

@Laurajane1 

I've moved your post to the V6 section of the community for you 😉

The port configuration often fails on perfectly working systems and gives some unreliable results, so you're best to disregard whatever results its given you.

Can you view (non-BBC) CatchUp programmes at all? Try watching something from ITV, C4 or C5 if you're not sure - and see if they play ok. If they give an error message, what is it?

Have you ever been able to use streaming services or OnDemand from this V6 in the past? When did they stop working?
