Help with tv please

Hi everyone

Following my posts about the setup error on the v6 box, a couple of techs here kindly tried to activate our box remotely. This didn’t work so we were asked to send a text, which we did, but we have been waiting for 5 days and have no acknowledgement of next steps. 
does anyone know if there is any way to contact virgin by phone about the tv? We were told to expect a reply within a few hours but the fact that we have received no contact after all this time leaves me wondering if anyone has even dealt with the text at all
