Hi all,
I have a 4K TV and the HD channels were very poor wit the V6 box. I went into the settings and found that only 2160p was ticked in the video output settings.... The 1080 and 1080i options were not ticked. Is this right and how it should be left? I’m thinking this may be why the HD channels looks so poor perhaps?

If only 2160 is selected and not 1080, all content will be upscaled by the V6.
If 1080 is enabled, the V6 should pass HD content to your TV in that format, the TV should then upscale from 1080 > 2160. UHD content will be outputted in 2160.
So it depends whether your V6 or TV is better at the 1080 > 2160 upscaling. In what way do your HD channels "look so poor"?
